Artemis 4 bedroom Villa consists of 4 bedrooms each with ensuite marble bathrooms, a W.C, a kitchen and a lounge with fire place. On the ground floor are located a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a W.C, a kitchen with fully kitchenette, 4 ring stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a washmachine and a dishwasher. A comfortable lounge with a fire place is located next to the kitchen.

A Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. A stair leads on the top floor with 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a smaller living-room and a large furnished balcony with spectacular sea and mountains views. All rooms are air-conditioned. The 4 bedroom villa benefits from its own private pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. A BBQ, sun beds and sun umbrellas are available.

From the terrace, balconies or swimming pool you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset. Quite and peaceful just 5 min by car from Makrys Gialos village centre. Makrys Gialos is a small village in the eastern-southern part of Crete. In the village there are cafes, taverns, bars, restaurants, super-markets and tourists shops. A pharmacy and banks are operating in Makrys Gialos. AeolusVillas complex is located 2km from Makrys Gialos village on the top of the hill at Lagada beach. The nearest restaurant can be found in 5 min walk away.

Local activities diving, surfing, swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, water skiing, mountain biking. Also: Night sky observation high up in a village close to Makrigialos, Agios-Stéfanos, with a telescope.

• 30% of the price is required as deposit. The account balance would be paid 2 weeks prior the arrival in Makrigialos.

• Long stayers & renters for the winter time are welcome. Please, call us or e-mail us about the prices for a long stay.

All Villas can be rented in the winter time per month. The prices could be arranged after request. The weather is very nice also in the winter time. There is access to the Villa. Flights can be connected through Athens airport. You could spend one or 2 nights in Athens to visit Acropolis and a lot of the archaelogical sites and then you could flight to Heraklion airport. Terrace and balconies

From the stone terrace you can have a nice view to the pool as well as to the sea. It is possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace under the shadow. There are 2 balconies on the top floor and they are covered with pergola. The bedrooms on the top floor have direct access to the balconies having a majestic view to the horizon as well as to the sea of Livikos. The view is magnificent and you can relax yourselves in peaceful looking the sea or having a drink at the night time looking the sky, the stars and the moon. The view is a nice combination of wild mountains and the water sea. It's really lovely!
